Cosmetics Cleanroom Project | Class 100,000 | DERSION

Completed in 2024 and 2025, this cosmetics cleanroom project covered a combined area of 398㎡ across two cleanroom areas. Designed for the cosmetics industry, the facility features a Class 100,000 cleanliness level to support manufacturing operations requiring a controlled production environment.

Cosmetics manufacturing requires appropriate production environments to help control contamination and maintain consistent product quality. Depending on the manufacturing process, cleanroom facilities can provide controlled conditions for selected production and operational areas.

This project included two cleanroom areas measuring 155㎡ and 243㎡, completed in 2024 and 2025. Both areas feature a Class 100,000 cleanliness level for cosmetics manufacturing applications.

The project demonstrates DERSION’s experience in providing cleanroom solutions tailored to cosmetics production requirements, with a focus on cleanliness classification and practical production space planning.
