In most of the cases, we send the free design service for our customers. For special customized products we will charge reasonable design cost.
We provide a complete set of design drawings, installation instructions, and installation videos for customers' reference. In most cases, customers can complete the installation themselves.

Most of our products have a 2-year or 3-year warranty. Consumables are not covered by the warranty. We will replace any parts that are damaged due to quality during the warranty period for free.
