Second, it is the temperature and humidity inside the dust-free workshop.
Usually, the temperature of a 100,000-class dust-free workshop is generally controlled at a human comfort temperature: between 18℃-26℃, and the relative humidity of a 100,000-class dust-free workshop is controlled at 45%-65%.
The temperature and humidity of the 100,000-level dust-free workshop are well controlled, which can not only ensure the comfort of the staff for normal operation, but also prevent the product from being affected by environmental factors and causing quality problems.
The 100,000-level dust-free workshop often enters and exits industries with high cleanliness requirements such as food packaging, medical equipment, and electronic product assembly.

The consciousness of personnel is very important. The 100,000-level dust-free workshop is normally equipped with air shower equipment, but many employees sometimes think that it is troublesome to wear dust-free clothes and go through the air shower room for dust removal when entering and leaving the dust-free workshop. They will directly wear their own clothes to enter, which will cause cross-contamination of the dust-free workshop environment. Therefore, during normal operations, we need to
